Humanitarian Intervention: An Option or a Requirement for American Foreign Policy?

On January 26, 2010, Dr. William C. Vocke, Senior Fellow and Senior Program Director at Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, delivered a lecture on the topic of “Humanitarian Intervention: An Option or a Requirement for American Foreign Policy?” organized in partnership with the Yerevan State Linguistic University.

Dr. Vocke was invited to Armenia as a main lecturer for "Redefining American Democracy” winter school, organized by Yerevan State Linguistic University in cooperation with the United States Embassy in Armenia. The school took place in Tsakhkadzor on January 27-31, 2010, and covered issues related to the American political system, society, institutions, and foreign policy. Before the winter school Dr. Vocke generously agreed to give two lectures at CRRC-Armenia and YSLU on January 26 and 25, 2010.
